Countdown is on!

The Project Graduation Committee works to organize and deliver a substance-free event that begins the afternoon of graduation (June 13, 2026) and continues throughout the night and well into the early morning hours. Adopted in the mid-80’s by the Colchester community, Project Graduation has proven to be a strong tradition that has been embraced by our graduating senior class for more than 30 years.

CHS Project Graduation is not affiliated with the school district, so relies solely on private donations to cover all aspects of the event - from insurance to transportation, activities to food. 

The time is almost here, and we need your help the night of Project Grad to make sure this is a fun, successful and safe evening for all our graduates!  Please take a look at the sign-up sheet for ways you may be able to help, whether it's donating items the night of or joining in the fun on the boat and at Shelburne Field House.  any and all help is appreciated!

ALL STUDENTS MUST REGISTER IN ORDER TO ATTEND.

Thanks to generous fundraising efforts, we’ve been able to cover a significant portion of Project Grad costs. However, to ensure a safe, fun, and memorable event for all, we are requiring a registration fee. This fee helps cover additional expenses and guarantees entry to all activities. We appreciate your support in making this celebration possible! 

*Registration is not complete until we have received a completed and signed registration form and payment*

At CHS Project Grad 2026, We are committed to giving ALL graduating seniors the opportunity to participate, regardless of their ability to pay. If paying this fee is a hardship, please check the
“scholarship request” box and return without payment. We will work with school administration. 

NOTE: If you are willing/able to sponsor a graduate, we have added a field for a donation.

Early Bird Registration: $26    5/8/26 - 5/25/26

Registration price 5/26/26 - 6/1/26 - $35

Payment by check - checks made out to CHS Project Grad and mailed to PO Box 900, Colchester, VT 05446.  Checks for $26 MUST be received by 5/25 and all other checks MUST be received by 6/1.  If paying by check email chsprojectgradvt@gmail.com and tell them you are paying by check.

The support from the community has helped us continue the tradition of offering a safe, substance-free celebration for our CHS Senior Class, nearly 185 students strong.
